This partnership is fully in line with Adroit’s long-standing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility. Adroit Global offer employees the opportunity to volunteer their services and skills for extended assignments in India.



It’s everyone’s job to give back to the society and we take pride in our ability to find suitable jobs for workers, and ideal candidates for our clients; but our commitment to society does not stop there. This is one of our core business values and highlights the responsibility we feel towards the people and communities we serve.
Together, we have achieved a lot and we will continue to work towards building a more inclusive and sustainable society. This is not only for humans but also for birds & animals. Adroit Global has adopted street dogs and has been feeding them regularly and taking care of their medical needs. Adroit has also been donating blankets & food to various social organizations who are rehabilitating street pets in Delhi.
Our desire to apply our knowledge and skills to help alleviate poverty in communities outside our regular remit have pushed many of our volunteers to come forward and contribute to this noble cause. Internally, Adroit Global has created an empathy fund for its employees. The objective of this fund is to provide financial assistance to its employees in case of exigencies.
