Pratishtha is a quarterly driven endeavor of Adroit Global where the inhouse employees and management meet informally in an open session on an outbound location. An expert is also invited on a chosen theme.

The employees are also encouraged to share their views and suggestions on strengthening the organization’s holistic performance.

Adroit Global has adopted street dogs and has been feeding them regularly and taking care of their medical needs. Adroit has also been donating blankets & food to various social organizations who are rehabilitating street pets in Delhi.

Our desire to apply our knowledge and skills to help alleviate poverty in communities outside our regular remit have pushed many of our volunteers to come forward and contribute to this noble cause.
