“Pratishtha”

Pratishtha is a quarterly driven endeavor of Adroit Global where the inhouse employees and management meet informally in an open session on an outbound location. An expert is also invited on a chosen theme.

The themes are aligned with relevance and new learning. The atmosphere is infused with togetherness, relaxation, laughter, creativity, and learning.

The employees are also encouraged to share their views and suggestions on strengthening the organization’s holistic performance.

Such meetings are held in March, June, September, and December every year.
